At ThanjaiDirectory, we strive to provide the best experience for our users. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms regarding cancellations and refunds for our paid services and listing plans.

Cancellation Policy

Listing Plans

You may cancel your paid listing plan at any time by contacting us at info@thanjaidirectory.com. Upon cancellation, your listing will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will be downgraded to the free plan.

One-Time Services

Cancellation requests for one-time services must be made before the service has been delivered or activated. Once a service is activated, cancellation may not be possible.

Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions:

The request is made within 7 days of the original payment date
The paid service has not been substantially used or delivered
There was a technical error resulting in duplicate or incorrect charges

Non-Refundable Services

The following are not eligible for refunds:

Services that have already been fully delivered or activated
Listing plans that have been active for more than 7 days
Promotional or discounted plans
Custom services that have been completed as per the agreed scope

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team with the following details:

Your registered name and email address
Order/Transaction ID
Reason for the refund request
Date of purchase

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that the time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly and fairly.
