You may cancel your paid listing plan at any time by contacting us at info@thanjaidirectory.com. Upon cancellation, your listing will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will be downgraded to the free plan.
Cancellation requests for one-time services must be made before the service has been delivered or activated. Once a service is activated, cancellation may not be possible.
